臥式加工中心
1.機床主要大件均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)樹脂砂造型、高強度優(yōu)質(zhì)鑄鐵，具有完善的熱處理工藝過程來消除殘余應(yīng)力，并布置足夠的加強筋板，保證整機具有足夠的強度、剛性和高穩(wěn)定性;
2.XY軸采用進口重載滾柱導(dǎo)軌，剛性強、動態(tài)精度佳;
3.傳動采用臺灣產(chǎn)大直徑研磨雙螺母滾珠絲桿，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、運動平穩(wěn)、精度高。絲桿支撐采用日本產(chǎn)原裝進口絲桿支撐軸承，兩端預(yù)拉伸，消除熱伸長造成的精度損失。組成穩(wěn)定的高剛性機械傳動系統(tǒng);
高剛性的臺灣產(chǎn)臥加專用主軸，采用潤滑脂潤滑，可使主軸軸承得到恒定和可靠的潤滑，既經(jīng)濟環(huán)保又實現(xiàn)了長期免保養(yǎng)。
